Whatever the order your dedicated pickers will get it sorted. Accurate and efficient picking and packing comes down to these core things:

  1. Having the warehouse organised correctly so that things are easy to find.
  2. Having the right systems and processes in place.
  3. Having good people who understand their customers.

All good 3PL providers will do 1 and 2 well but number 3, the people factor, is often neglected. At TFP, of course we have well organised warehouses and great systems and processes but our focus in on factor 3, the people. This is how we shine, this is how we add greater value to our customers.
