Making sure your products have been received, counted, recorded, and placed in our warehouse is a vital part of the process, as all following steps are dependent on this being done accurately and carefully.

We organise our people so they work on the same accounts each and every day. The benefits of this method start with the first step in the whole process, when we receive your goods. By understanding your account, our people can often spot when things are not right. They will check the incoming orders and use their intimate knowledge of their account to sort out any issues before the goods are stored.

Getting ahead of any supplier defects, mistakes, or damage in transit saves an awful lot of hassle later on. But this requires people who know their accounts and who are empowered to make decisions. It’s all about the people.
